Refund Policy

1. Digital products are final sale

Every product in the shop, blueprints, guides, presets, and clip packs, is digital content delivered instantly: a download link is emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed. By checking out, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content, so all shop purchases are final once the order confirmation and download link have been sent. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, picking the wrong product, or simply deciding not to use it. This doesn't affect your statutory remedies if a product is genuinely defective or misdescribed, or your rights under the law of your habitual residence if you did not give that acknowledgment at checkout.

2. When we will make an exception

We will issue a refund if, within 14 days of purchase:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The download link never worked and we're unable to get you a working copy of the file.
• The file you received is genuinely defective or materially different from what was described on the product page.

3. Workshops

1:1 workshop bookings are final sale with no refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law, since a workshop is considered delivered once the scheduled session takes place, whether or not you attend. See our Workshop Terms for scheduling and rescheduling options.

4. Production services

Videography and photography services booked through the Get Started form aren't covered by this policy. Booking fees are non-refundable, and cancellation terms are set out in our Production Services Terms.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement after we process it.
