1. Who we are

Snrlx.Media is operated by Snrlx Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Snrlx Media, LLC, and "you" refers to anyone using the site or purchasing from it.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this site, buying a digital product from the shop, or booking a production service through the Get Started form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian's consent, to make a purchase.

3. Digital products (blueprints, guides, presets, clip packs)

Shop purchases are digital goods delivered automatically after checkout: a confirmation email with a secure, time-limited download link is sent as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Buying a digital product grants you a limited license to use it, not ownership of it, and comes with real restrictions on redistribution and re-packaging. The full terms, including device limits per product, are in our Digital Product License, which is part of these Terms.

4. Workshops

1:1 workshops are live training sessions, not digital downloads, and are governed by our Workshop Terms, including scheduling, eligibility, and the license for any materials shown or provided during the session.

5. Production services (videography & photography)

Filming, editing, and photography services booked through the Get Started form are quoted and scoped individually, since price, timeline, deliverables, and usage rights vary by project. Our Production Services Terms set out the defaults, copyright, and usage rights that apply, and any specifics confirmed with you in writing before booking take priority over the general shop terms above.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD unless noted otherwise, and you're responsible for any taxes or fees your card issuer or bank may apply.

7. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or its contents for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with the security of our checkout, download, or delivery systems.
• Redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share any digital product, workshop material, or download link with anyone else, or use it to build a competing product.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice included in a product or its files.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content, code, or media without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property & enforcement

Everything we make, this site's design, code, photos, and films, along with every preset, blueprint, clip pack, and workshop material sold in the shop, is a copyrighted work belonging to Snrlx Media, LLC unless stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms, or in any purchase, transfers ownership of that work to you; you receive a license, described in our Digital Product License and Workshop Terms, not the underlying rights.

We take unauthorized use of our work seriously and actively monitor for it. Sharing, reselling, or re-publishing our content or products without permission causes harm that's hard to measure after the fact, so beyond terminating your license, we may pursue takedowns, injunctive relief, and any other remedy available to us by law.

10. Disclaimers

The site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that a digital product will fit a specific use case, editing software version, or workflow. We work to keep descriptions and requirements accurate on each product page, but software and platform compatibility can change outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snrlx Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that purchase.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Global consumer-law safeguard. If you're a consumer in a country with mandatory protections (for example the EU, EEA, or UK), nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protections granted by the law of your habitual residence. Any choice of law or venue above applies only to the extent it doesn't override those mandatory rights.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Product License, Workshop Terms, and Production Services Terms, form the entire agreement between you and Snrlx Media, LLC regarding your use of the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing, and you may not assign these Terms without our consent.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as the shop or services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
